The Mother brings us into life. This key archetype describes the way in which we care not only for others but also how nurture and support our own development.

When we are in touch with the mother archetype, we attend to our latent potential. The mother may also prove to be restrictive (a negative mother complex).

This session will explore the various way in which we may care and support others, and ourselves, as well as how we may remain bound to the mother in a regressive manner.
