A dream tells a story, one which points to what we need to know.

Along with the dream landscape and setting, this story will have a stream of events. For example, in dream we may be meeting someone, we may be being chased, we may be lost, running late, driving or being driven. We may be travelling by foot, bicycle, car, bus, train or plane. Or we may be stuck or parked somewhere. Sometimes we are on our own, often we are with others. We may be shopping, eating, at a party, at work, or participating in some particular activity.

These actions (or non-actions) all carry a meaning. In this session we will explore the seemingly common activates with a view to understanding their metaphoric meaning. Given a greater appreciation for dream symbolism, participants will be better equipped to understand the dream message as it emanates from the Self.
