About the Class
Archetypal psychology reintroduces the concept of the gods. Not as disembodied spirits operating from afar, but as forces within the deeper psyche. To name a few, there is the hero, the mother, the lover, warrior, trickster, seeker, rebel, dreamer, authoritarian and healer.
These archetypes can be developed and will find expression through our character and our life, or they may remain undeveloped and will push for our attention. When an archetype seeks consciousness (through us) it can become a troublesome force. Each has a specific purpose and specific set of demands.
In this interactive class, we will explore the key archetypes. Participants will be encouraged to identify archetypes they have developed as well as the others they have not.
